Tasting Experience: Truffle

DESCRIPTION:

The tasting can be combined with an exciting truffle hunt, our Food Experience that will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable adventure in the woods, guided only by the unparalleled scent-tracking skills of our four-legged friend, in search of the precious tuber.  However, for those who do not have time for the full experience, we still recommend a tasting of truffle-based products or dishes, either in-store or at a restaurant!

TASTING in STORE:

• Crouton with truffle sauce and truffle
  (*fresh or preserved truffle depending on the harvest season)
• Roll stuffed with truffle cream
• Crouton with porcini mushrooms and walnuts
• Skewer with truffle salami and truffle cheese
• Cheese cubes with fruit and truffle honey

MEAL at the RESTAURANT: 

• Bread crouton with parmesan cream and white truffle
• Tagliatelle with white truffle
• Chocolate saba ice cream with truffle

MEAL at the RESTAURANT:

• Truffle carpaccio and fried polenta with truffle
• Tagliatelle with truffle
• Sliced beef with truffle and fried porcini mushrooms
• Semifreddo with ricotta, cooked grape must, and black truffle
