1st day: Bologna
Arrival in Bologna, lunch in a typical downtown trattoria. Afternoon guided tour of Bologna: San Petronio Cathedral, the oldest university in Europe, Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Fountain of Neptune, and the ancient Medieval Food Market. Optionally, visit the Anatomical Theatre, where anatomy lessons were once held, worthy of a visit! Free afternoon.

2nd day: Modena
Visit to the Pavarotti House Museum, listening to the music of our famous opera singer. Guided tour of the historic center of Modena, with the Romanesque Cathedral, declared, along with the Ghirlandina Tower and Piazza Grande, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Also, visit the seventeenth-century Ducal Palace and the Estensi Galleries, home to valuable works of art. Lunch in an agriturismo on the way to Maranello.
Afternoon visit to the Ferrari Museum, where you can explore the history of the Prancing Horse, its legendary models, and relive the famous victories of Ferrari in Formula 1! Stop for a guided tour at a traditional acetaia for a tasting of DOP Balsamic Vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

3rd day: Parma
Departure for Parma, with a stop at the fortified medieval village of Torrechiara for a guided tour of the village and Castle, known for its spectacular Renaissance architecture. Guided tour and tasting of DOP Parma Ham in one of the local prosciutto factories. Learn why the best ham can only be produced in the hills of Parma, where the Marino wind blows from the Ligurian Sea through the river valley. Followed by a full lunch with typical local products: cured ham and other types of local cold cuts, typical stuffed pasta (Tortelli di Parma), homemade cakes, all accompanied by local wines such as Lambrusco and Malvasia!
Afternoon guided tour of Parma, whose center boasts a captivating Romanesque design. Focus on the Cathedral with masterpieces by Correggio and Parmigianino.

4th day: Ferrara
Transfer to Ferrara, where the brilliant Este court attracted a constellation of artists, poets, and philosophers during the Renaissance, making the city a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guided tour of the center, Schifanoia Palace, the inner courtyard of the Diamond Palace, Castle Square, the Cathedral, the ancient medieval streets, and the Jewish Ghetto. Medieval lunch in a downtown trattoria. In the afternoon, visit Cervia, renowned for the Salt of the Popes. Guided tour of the MUSA (Cervia Salt Museum), where you can view materials related to the history of the Cervia salt pan, including tools, documents, and everything that can testify to the historical journey of the salt civilization in Cervia. Continue with a visit to salt facilities such as the majestic Tower San Michele, the Darsena, and the Salt Warehouses.

5th day: Ravenna & Rimini
Guided tour of Ravenna with its unique world heritage of works and mosaics. Visit the historic center and the main monuments of the city, including Galla Placidia, the Mausoleum of Theodoric, the Neoniano Baptistery, the Basilica of S. Vitale, and the tomb of Dante Alighieri.
Lunch with a typical menu in a downtown trattoria. Transfer for a guided tour of Rimini: Roman Rimini with the two-thousand-year-old bridge, the Arch of Augustus, and the domus of the surgeon; medieval Rimini with the Galliana gate, Piazza Cavour, and San Michelino in Foro; Renaissance Rimini with the Maltatestiano Temple and Castel Sismondo; Felliniana and contemporary Rimini with street art.
