1st day:
Arrival in the Bologna area and a stop at the Ducati Factory in Borgo Panigale! A guided tour inside the factory means discovering not only how a Ducati motorcycle is born but also experiencing the electrifying atmosphere of various stages of engine production and assembly, assembly lines, testings, and catching a glimpse of the legendary Racing Department. The experience also includes a visit to the Ducati Museum, a journey that traces the company’s 90 years, where each exhibited motorcycle is a work of art that tells a story of men and passion. Transfer to the Bolognese Hills for a Pignoletto wine tasting and other local wines.
2nd day:
First stop at the Pagani Atelier in San Cesario sul Panaro, where you can visit the workshop and the collection of super sports cars signed by Horacio Pagani, each created according to the founding principle of combining technology and design, an exclusive limited edition collection that has made history, from the first sketches to the latest Zonda & Huayra models. Stop at a traditional Acetaia for a tasting of balsamic vinegar DOP + local products. In the afternoon, continue with an essential Maserati Factory Tour, which unfolds through a route inside the totally renovated Modena plant for the production of the new MC20 and the Nettuno engine. With a tour of the plant, you get a close look at how a Maserati car is born, and how sportiness and elegance merge to create one of the most fascinating cars in the world.
3rd day:
Morning visit to a dairy producing “Parmigiano Reggiano” where you will see all the stages of the production line, from the “Salt Pools” to the “Cathedral of Wheels” where 20,000 cheese wheels age for at least 24 months. Final tasting. Transfer to Maranello for a guided tour of the Ferrari Museum and a special journey to discover the company’s offices, inside the Ferrari production site, and the Fiorano Track (remaining on the bus). 4th day:
Before you leave, stop in Sant’Agata Bolognese to explore the Lamborghini Factory and museum. With a visit to the factory, you can learn about the creation stages of iconic models like the V12 Aventador: the journey begins with the work on interiors and leathers, and continues by following the processing of the chassis, bodywork, engine, gearbox, suspension, and brakes, until reaching the finished car. The museum, on the other hand, retraces all the stages that have made the history of the brand: historic cars, images, and photographs that tell the past, present, and future goals of one of the largest Italian manufacturers.
Add-on: you are in Bologna: why not indulge in a plate of tortellini and a visit to the famous Two Towers? Of course, yes: from the top floor of the Asinelli Tower, you can enjoy a unique view of Bologna and the hills.
