1 day Arrival at the airport in the morning. On the way to your Hotel in Bologna, visit the Gelato Museum with a rich tasting. In the afternoon visit of the old town of Bologna, walking tour to discover the most important monuments from Piazza Maggiore to the 2 towers. Welcome Dinner in a typical restaurant. Overnight in Bologna/Modena area.

2 day Breakfast. Early morning visit of Parmigiano Reggiano factory, to experience the daily production and final tasting. Free time in Parma for your lunch and short guided visit of the town. In the afternoon stop in Modena and visit of a traditional “Acetaia” for the balsamic vinegar tasting. (It’s possible to add the visit to Pavarotti Museum or to Enzo Ferrari Museum) Overnight in Bologna/Modena area.

3 day Breakfast. In the morning guided visit of the historical centre of Ravenna, UNESCO’s heritage, with the entrance to Byzantine Mosaics included. Light lunch in the town centre. In the afternoon free time to relax by the pool of your resort. Overnight in Forlì/Rimini area.

4 day Breakfast. Visit of a historical wine cellar, visit of the historical building and the ancient cellars. Wine tasting and light lunch in the charming atmosphere. In the afternoon visit to a DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil producer for a special EVO Oil tasting. Goodbye dinner at farmhouse with a tasty menu dedicated to DOP & IGP products. Overnight in Forlì/Rimini area.

5 day Breakfast. On the way to the airport stop in Faenza, guided visit of the historical centre and visit to a traditional workshop of ceramics (fiance, worldwide renown).
