1 day  Arrival at the airport in the morning. On the way to your Resort, stop at Gelato University for a masterclass dedicated to artisanal gelato and sorbets. Accommodation at charming Resort, Welcome Dinner.

2 day  Breakfast. Today you’ll experience the sentence “from farm to fork”: in the familiar atmosphere of a nice Agriturismo, you’ll start from picking vegetables from fields and you’ll end in the kitchen with the Grandma preparing the best meal for all the family.

3 day Breakfast. An expert Chef is waiting for you in his renowned restaurant to cook together and to teach you some of his secrets: some recipes from Emilia Romagna and some from Tuscany for a great altogether final lunch.

4 day  Breakfast. Another unusual experience in a Farmhouse, today the focus will be: cooking with DOP products .. the chef will teach you how to combine and serve the best products of Emilia Romagna and Marche (It’s possible to upgrade this class to a professional course at Casa Artusi,
full menu in equipped kitchen and professional assistants)

5 day  Breakfast. On the way to the airport stop at Bologna for a special cooking class: Focus on the “Tortellini” the most traditional stuffed pasta! Light lunch with the dishes you have prepared and departure
