In the early afternoon first exploratory excursion in Valconca. Quiet streets and beautiful panoramic views through small villages and fortified villages. First stop <strong>Montefiore Conca<\/strong> with the beautiful Rocca Malatestiana perched in a panoramic position. We will then continue to <strong>Mondaino<\/strong> where we will cross the beautiful town to reach the &#8220;Mulino delle Fosse&#8221;, a charming place inside an old Franciscan convent, where the famous Fossa cheese is produced. We will learn the technique of the burrowing and processing with final tasting of 3 different types of cheese. We will be passing the famous village of <strong>Montegridolfo<\/strong> from which, going up the town, you can admire the panorama of the entire coast from Cesenatico to Gabicce Mare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2nd day: <\/strong>Panoramic tour<br \/>\nWe continue the exploration with a nice ride along the Panoramic Road! Between Emilia Romagna and Marche, you cross charming small villages such as <strong>Gabicce Monte<\/strong>, Fiorenzuola, Castel di Mezzo up to <strong>Pesaro<\/strong>. Winding roads wind through villages and towns once inhabited by fishermen, which still retain their original appearance. Along the way we will also see the town of <strong>Tavullia<\/strong>, birthplace of the famous racing motorcycle driver Valentino Rossi! We will then continue to <strong>San Giovanni in Marignano<\/strong>, short visit to its beautiful historic center completely renovated: city of the witches, granary of the Malatesta and wine city, thanks to the many wineries present in the area. Stop for visit and wine tasting at a winery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3rd day:\u00a0 <\/strong>Malatesta&#8217;s trail tour<br \/>\nExcursion in Valmarecchia on the traces of the ancient dynasty. Going up the course of the river Marecchia we reach <strong>Verucchio<\/strong>, an ancient village famous for the excavations that have brought to light traces of the Villanoviana culture and for the Rocca del Sasso, castle of the famous dynasty of the Malatesta, from which you have a magnificent view of the Marecchia River. We will then continue to <strong>Santarcangelo di Romagna<\/strong> along the valleys dominated by Sangiovese vineyards that will accompany us to the ancient village. Relaxing lunch break with typical products, wine and EVO oil tasting. In the afternoon we will reach <strong>Rimini<\/strong>, a thousand-year-old city that preserves picturesque views, monuments symbols of ancient splendor of the Roman era and unique Renaissance works. We will start from the old fishing village of San Giuliano, a real gem where the colorful villas are decorated with street art works dedicated to Federico Fellini and scenes of maritime life. We will cross the thousand-year-old Tiberius Bridge to discover the historic center and its beauties. To close in beauty we will return towards the sea, to admire the majestic Grand Hotel and cycle along the port. Aperitif in historical piadineria with mix of stuffed piadine!<\/p>\n<p><strong>4th day:\u00a0 <\/strong>Sea and salt tour<br \/>\nTransfer to <strong>Cesenatico<\/strong>, guided tour of the Porto Canale, designed by Leonardo da Vinci, the old town, the quays, the fish market, Piazzetta delle Erbe and Piazzetta delle Conserve. Finally, visit to the Museo Galleggiante della Marineria, the only museum in Italy that has a real floating section with eleven boats in the water! Lunch with fish menu. In the afternoon bike excursion to <strong>Cervia<\/strong>, where the charm of the canals is linked to the trade of &#8220;white gold&#8221; (salt). Cycle through the historic center where stands the MUSA (Salt Museum) and the architecture of Cervia\u2019s salt, including the majestic Torre di San Michele, the Dock and the Salt Warehouse. Reach the <strong>Saline di Cervia<\/strong> for an excursion inside the natural oasis, together with expert guides will walk a section of the new bike path, until you reach the lookout tower from which you can admire a unique panorama and identify the different species that inhabit this area. You will continue to cross the Salina until you reach the plant, where you can admire the great salt mountains. Aperitif tasting with products made with salt of Cervia before returning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 th day:\u00a0 <\/strong>Artusian Tour<br \/>\nTransfer to <strong>Cesena<\/strong>, here starts the excursion that will lead you along gentle slopes to <strong>Bertinoro<\/strong>, city of wine thanks to the many wineries in the area, a wonderful medieval village located on a hill from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the Romagna plain. Stop for visit and tasting of the famous Albana wine in the winery. We will continue to <strong>Forlimpopoli<\/strong>, the birthplace of Pellegrino Artusi, author of &#8220;La Scienza in Cucina e l&#8217;Arte di Mangiar Bene&#8221;, the first, most important and successful among the Italian cookbooks. Guided tour of the famous center Casa Artusi, a center of gastronomic culture dedicated to domestic cuisine. Lunch in the restaurant with Artusian menu! Return to Cesena and possibility of guided tour of the center and the Biblioteca Malatestiana of Cesena, a truly magical place that preserves, now more than 600 years, culture, knowledge and knowledge of men.
