At the end of the aging process, the flavorful PDO Formaggio di Fossa cheese is born. Inside the evocative aging rooms, guests, following a historical introduction and a narrative of the various production stages, are guided through the tasting of Pit-Cured Cheese and local typical products in a journey through the flavors of the most authentic tradition.
