This cooking class will teach you how to make the authentic piadina and its tasty variant: the cassone. Piadina and cassoni can be filled in various ways, and you will learn the best combinations for delightful appetizers and dinners.
DESCRIPTION:
Historical introduction to ingredients and different preparations. Practical demonstration of piadina preparation by the “Azdora” (local expert). Each participant will then prepare and fill their piadine and cassoni. End the class with a tasting of the creations paired with local products such as cured meats, cheeses, and seasonal vegetables.
